Frequently asked questions

We have grouped the most common questions about Equ Crm by topic. If you can't find the answer you need, write to us.

General

What is Equ Crm?

A management platform for equestrian stables. Horses, staff, daily tasks, health records, calendar, alerts, owner approvals and reports are brought together in one place and used with the same data on the web dashboard and the mobile app.

Which stables is it for?

From private yards with a few horses to training centres and riding clubs with hundreds. You set up locations, boxes and staff to match your stable.

In which languages is it available?

This website is available in 10 languages. The app interface is currently in Turkish; if your team needs another language, mention it in your demo request and we will discuss it with you.

Setup and migration

How long does setup take?

You can open a stable account in minutes, then add your horses, locations and staff and send e-mail invitations. Thanks to the ready-made catalogues, tasks and feeding plans don't have to be written from scratch.

Can I import my existing Excel lists?

We plan the import of your existing horse and staff lists together during the demo, and agree which details are carried over and how, based on your stable.

How do I invite my team?

Send invitations by e-mail from the People and permissions screen. Each invitee sets their own password; you choose their role, locations and the horses they can see.

Pricing and demo

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the number of horses and the modules you need. After your demo request we send you a tailored quote.

What happens in the demo call?

We listen to how your yard runs day to day, show the screens that matter for your role live, and plan setup and data import together.

Security and data

Where is my data stored?

The application and database are hosted in the European Union (Ireland). All connections are encrypted.

Can another stable see my data?

No. Each stable's records are separated at database level, and every query is automatically scoped to the active stable. A vet who works for several stables sees, in each one, only the records that stable has permitted.

Is it GDPR and KVKK compliant?

Personal data is processed under Turkey's KVKK (Law No. 6698) and, where applicable, the GDPR. Your stable is the data controller for its own records; we act as the data processor. Details are in our privacy policy.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. You can delete your account from Profile in the mobile app or from My account in the web dashboard.

Mobile app

Is there a mobile app?

Yes, the Equ Crm app for iOS and Android is being prepared for release in the stores. It works with the same account and the same data as the web dashboard.

Does it work without internet?

Groom tasks can be ticked off without a connection; entries wait on the device and are sent when the connection returns.

How do I receive notifications?

Tasks, alerts, approvals and messages arrive by mobile push notification and e-mail. You choose which notifications you receive and through which channel.

Roles and permissions

Which roles are there?

Account owner, manager, groom, vet, farrier, physiotherapist, rider and horse owner. Each role sees its own screen.

How do I set permissions?

For each role and module you choose the level: view, add or edit. You can also limit people to certain locations or specific horses.

What do horse owners see?

Only their own horses: items awaiting approval, messages with the yard, invoices and their horses' competition achievements.

Members-only market

What is the members-only market?

A closed market where horses for sale or lease are shown only to stables on the platform. Listings are never published on the open internet.

Can a buyer see the horse's health history?

Only with your approval. The buyer requests access to the history; if you approve, they can see the scope you define.
