Privacy policy

This policy explains how personal data is processed in the Equ Crm web application (equidigi.com) and the Equ Crm mobile app (together, the “Service”). The Service is provided by DIGITECH EĞİTİM TEKNOLOJİLERİ A.Ş. (“Digitech”, “we”). Personal data is processed under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Roles
Each stable using the Service is the data controller for its own records (horses, team, health, feeding, expenses, etc.); Digitech acts as a data processor for that data. Digitech is the data controller for account and platform operation (sign-in, security, members’ market).
Data we process
- Account information: name, e-mail, phone (optional), an irreversible hash of your password, role and stable memberships.
- Usage records: sign-in times, an access log (who opened or changed which record), device type.
- Stable and horse records: horses, health and hoof records, feeding, training, tasks, stock, expenses, appointments, messages.
- Photos, videos and documents: proof photos, check videos, reports and receipts uploaded by users.
- Members’ market: listings, messages, saved searches, history access requests and approvals.
Purposes and legal bases
- Providing the Service and performing the contract (accounts, stable management, tasks, notifications).
- Security and abuse prevention (session management, failed sign-in limits, access log) — legitimate interest and legal obligation.
- Answering support requests and sending essential service messages (invitation and password reset e-mails).
Your data is not used for advertising, is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing.
Camera, photos and microphone
The mobile app accesses the camera, photo library and (for video recording) the microphone only when you choose to add task proof, a horse photo or video, or a document, and only with your permission. The files you select are uploaded only to be attached to the relevant record.
Storage and transfers
Data is stored on Amazon Web Services in the EU (Ireland, eu-west-1), encrypted in transit and at rest. E-mails are sent with Amazon SES. Our service providers access data only to operate the Service and under contractual safeguards. Stable records are kept while the stable account is open; when it is closed they are deleted or anonymised, except where the law requires us to keep them.
Sharing between stables
One stable’s data is not visible to other stables. In the members’ market, signed-in members see only the information the seller chose to show in a listing. Health and hoof history is shared only with the seller’s approval for each person, for a limited time and read-only; every view is logged. After a sale, horse records are transferred to the new owner only with both parties’ approval.
Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 and the GDPR you have the right to access your data, ask for it to be corrected, deleted or restricted, object to processing, and data portability. For requests about stable records, first contact your stable’s manager; for requests and complaints about your account, write to us at support@equidigi.com. You can delete your account yourself in the mobile app under Profile → Hesabı sil (Delete account), or on the web panel under Hesabım → Hesabı sil. Your sign-in details and personal information are deleted, and any stable of which you are the only account owner is deleted with all its data.
Children
The Service is not intended for people under 16.
Changes
When we update this policy we change the date on this page; we announce significant changes in the app.
